About

Me

I am a former master student at the University of Oslo, in the field of cognitive neuroscience. In this blog I try to focus on cognitive neuroscience and other funny stuff, but my target will mostly be topics as perception, Oxytocin, optical illusions, pareidolia, and consciousness.

I am still just an amateur, both in blogging and neuroscience, and this blog is a way for me to collect interesting topics and old & new findings in the area of cognitive neuroscience. And my first language is not English. So please be kind with me regarding layout and language.

And, btw2, Diplopi, which is the medical word for ‘diplopia‘, is commonly known as double vision; the simultaneous perception of two images of a single object that may be displaced horizontally, vertically, or diagonally in relation to each other. In this blog the word is used more philosophically than literally; trying to see the same subject from two different sides.
